At the start of each month, we receive from ACBL the list of new masterpoint rank holders for the previous month.

You can find all of the February 2021 honourees on our Masterpoint Milestones page, located under “Members” in the top menu of Unit 431’s website, bridgevictoria.ca.

And if you have any question or comment, just click on the “Contact Us” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Hi JP. Thank you for this monthly update.
I have one request. Given the fact that so many of us are “older” and speaking for myself, ( I am having more and more difficulty reading your posts. Could you/would you consider using larger and blacker type face. Thank you.

DO post your convention card – it’s mandatory!
DO be ready to bid and play when it’s your turn.
DO make your bids and plays in an even tempo; avoid hesitations; be consistently deliberate in your bidding and play.
If you need to leave table momentarily, DO tell partner and opps by typing “brb” in chat window.
DO alert and announce all bids that require an action.
DO explain alert promptly and clearly when requested by opps.
DO not use chat window for game-related information (such as alerts).
DO call the director (via button) when an infraction occurs.
DO compliment partner (or opps!) on good play after the hand is finished.
DO observe the time allotted for the play of each round and be prepared to make a concerted effort to catch up if you have fallen behind, regardless of the reason for the lateness.
